Welcome Back, Eagles!

We hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving Break!

Thank you for your participation in our membership drive and giving campaign at the start of the school year! We've celebrated with a record number of parties for classes with 90% participation and above, also, this past Wednesday, we hosted a PTA-sponsored lunch for the students of families who joined at the Hawk level or above!

Your support helps create and sustain programs and events for students to have an extraordinary experience while at Ashley Falls!

Special congrats to Tammy D. for winning the coveted PTA parking spot in our raffle!

What's happening this month?

Drama Club Lunch Club

New December Lunch Club!

We’re bringing the drama club into the classroom!

On Monday, December 4th and Monday, December 11th, we’ll be hosting a special lunch club in Mrs. Miller’s music room. Encourage your child to stop by for some fun improvisation games and character development.

This is a wonderful opportunity for students who have expressed an interest in acting or theatre, but have not had the chance to participate in the after school drama program.

It's free, open to all Ashley Falls students, and sponsored by the PTA!

Community Giving Opportunity

December 4th-8th the school will be participating in a donation drive called El Arbol de Nino. This is a Colombian tradition of giving.

Three non profits have been chosen by the PTA to donate to. The Cantu Foundation is a dog rescue (amazon wish list); Baja Angels of the Sea is an orphanage; and Solutions for Change is an organization to help the homeless (amazon wish list).

The goal is to come together for a common cause and teach the value of giving back to the community. We will have bins to donate in front of the school. Click on links above to donate other items. A flyer with more information will be in the Wednesday folders.

International Night Info & Committee Meetings

We are excited to continue the Ashley Falls tradition of International Night on March 22, 2024.

The planning begins now with two zoom committee meetings on

Wed, Dec 6th 6 - 7 pm &

Wed, Jan 17th from 6 - 7 pm.

The committee meetings will go over all the details of International Night.

We are looking for volunteers to host country tables!

2nd and 3rd Grade Music Performance

Parents of 2nd and 3rd graders, take note of the music performance on Friday, December 15th from 8:15 - 9:00 am in the MUR. You do not want to miss this. Come early to get a good seat!

The PTA is proud to support Mrs. Miller and the music program on our campus!

Family Movie Night - Save the Date

Join us under the stars on Saturday, December 16th at 5 pm, as the Ashley Falls PTA presents our winter family movie showing of

Home Alone

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, jackets, etc.

Invite your friends and neighbors!

Taco Love food truck will be onsite for food and we will have a bake sale for some yummy treats during the showing.

Thank you to Subway on Valley Centre Drive for catering our PTA-sponsored lunch on November 29th for the students of families who joined at the Hawk level or above!

This year, we had the highest number of families join at this level and above, so lunch was a big event for the students!
